If you need to update the name on an NPCT Certification Certificate that was previously issued under a different last name, you will need to purchase a Certificate Name Change ($15) here. This allows our team to generate a new PDF certificate for you to download. You may also request a new printed and mailed version of your certificate (additional $25) with the updated name.
